Ordered Multifunction circular saw, and a 2020 new electric branch scisssos on May 10. It is now July 11 and I have received nothing. Can’t get in touch with anyone or get a refund

I bought a planetarium projector with 2 discs for my son for Christmas. It came late and when it arrived the only thing in the package was the 2 discs without the projector. The customer help service admitted that advertised the product wrong but insisted they couldn't send me the projector because they would lose money. Instead of giving me a full refund they first said I should either buy the projector at a higher price then originally advertised, sell my projector discs, and they could only refund me 20% of my initial purchase. They took my money and never gave me a product that I paid for or offered a full refund when they admitted it was their fault.

In Nov 2019 I placed the order for the Home Planetarium with #1 and #2 disc for my son-in-law for Christmas. The product was guaranteed to arrive within 5-12 days worldwide. Unfortunately, I did not receive it before Christmas, as a matter of fact, I did not ever receive the projector at all, just the disc. I have gone back and forth with the customer service for them and I am even being refused a full refund or return of the disc, even though it is advertised 100% Money Back Guarantee.

During Christmas I purchased two planetariums the ones you plug in and see the galaxy on the ceiling and can be used as nightlights. The advertising said it came with two disk and the equipment. After reviving my package it only had the two disk and no way of playing them on the device. I wanted to get my money back and have yet to have that happen I pointed out that they falsely advertised and they still refuse to refund me the money. I spend 75 dollars with this company to be lied to and taken advantage of.
