This company does NOT ship the product. They claim they are US based, but the product comes from China. I ordered this over 8 weeks ago. The tracking information is fake. Every contact I get says "it's on the way, sorry for the delay, please be patient, we don't control the shipping". I have requested a refund and they refuse, saying they cannot refund once it is shipped. The last fake tracking info I got said is was in Chicago as of 6/5. It is 6/15 and I am 90 miles from Chicago and no product. I have now read feedback on facebook and many state they did not get product or if they did, it is nothing like advertised. I can't believe this company can stay in business with these terrible practices. I lost $75!  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, but this company deals through Paypal for payment and per others Paypal seems to stand on their side.
