Claimed that my computer issues were the result of malicious software.
Claimed that the only way to resolve my issues were to remove the malicious software and charge a subscription fee.
My computer network system was worse off after their "tech support" than when I called them (their number was listed in the Orbi App).
When my credit card was charged, the charge came up as "PP*I.C.E. Consulting Services".
