I was looking for furniture on Facebook Marketplace and a paid ad from this company came up. The website looked legit and I ordered a chair. I received a confirmation email and it all looked great. But the merchandise never came and there is not a phone number or address, just an email for contact or customer service. The email is [email protected] and [email protected], both of which are fishy. I heard back from one of the emails ([email protected]) and they told me not to worry, that it was on its way but they refused to offer shipping or tracking information. The lack of address and phone number and their refusal to provide shipping info was a huge red flag.
