I had ordered contact lenses on September 12, 2022. It showed a tracking then the tracking had stopped in Oneonta, AL on September 23, 2022. I then emailed the “company” on September 29, 2022 and said I had not received my items I had paid for that said they were delivered. They asked for a copy of my order transaction slip. So I sent the proof of my transaction. They told me to check my post office, I had. But the order says it was delivered to Oneonta, Al. I expressed that in the email. They said an investigation was being started on October 6, 2022. I stated I would like a refund or replacement. On October 16, 2022 I had gotten an email from the company stating the warehouse has been made aware and is now arranging to deliver the package. I then asked for a tracking number on October 23, 2022. They emailed back stating it has not been shipped yet and once it has I will get a tracking. I then waited even longer, I sent another email on November 15, 2022 following up since it had been a few weeks, I got told they will notify me on any updates. On December 4, 2022 I emailed again and said in the most kindest way that it had been 3 months since I had ordered and nothing had been done and that I would like my order or a refund, again. They answered on December 5, 2022 and said they were still preparing my order. I was told again on December 11, 2022 that my order was still being prepared. I asked again a few weeks late and on February 5, 2023 they said once again they were still preparing my shipment. I then stated I would like a refund since it had been 5 months since I had ordered and emailing back and forth. They emailed back on February 7, 2023 and said they understand I wish to cancel the order and they they would be sending me a request of cancellation on my order, once approved they will email me to request the refund process. And I have gotten nothing after that.

Sent to USA instead of UK
Worst company.. ordered over a month ago, tracked contact lenses and says delivered last week to my porch, I dont have a porch to start, asked ppluto.com to look into it they've asked me to check with post office so after more research I find there delivered to Indiana US and not Glasgow UK now they won't respond to emails as there systems say DELIVERED no customer services at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY

I placed an order with this company online and was disappointed to find it was coming from China. I kept an eye on the tracking and then it said it was delivered to a box in New Mexico. I live in Maryland.
I have emailed the company multiple times requesting refund. I tried to call their number and it just kept ringing with no one answering.
