I received an email from PayPal verifying a $800 purchase on my account. If I did not recognize the transaction, I should call 883-9242582 and I did. The scammer described himself as a concerned officer of the Paypal Company (with a foreign accent). He did not ask if he could work on my laptop and he did. He also had a partner talking in the background in a foreign language. While he distracted me by directing me to my mobile, his partner continued moving around on my laptop. Registrations were made to Cash app and other companies, ?

I contacted my Bank to see if there were any transactions on 10/13/2023. I explained why I couldn't get into my bank account online, she blocked my banking account until I got my devices cleaned by a professional company like BestBuy. The price from Bestbuy to clean my device is in the $100s

Please help.
