Brenna Lee, Prache rep, employee ID EP5801 could not provide me with corporate info after probing for him to show me in writing where his organization has attempted to collect payment. He told me it was on the site and they do not notify the customers that payment is due. This is fraudulent. When I paid the shipping and handling this company did not specify that I would need to call and cancel after 14 days. Nor was I notified payment was due. One year later I am in collections . This is a fraudulent way to obtain money from unsuspecting people in the middle of a pandemic! Now they are extorting money from me or it will effect my credit.
