Ordered merchandise through their website, did not receive a confirmation email, which I though was odd as I always receive a confirmation email of other items I purchase on-line. This company, Pranaheart, immediately took the amount of my purchase out of my checking account immediately and have not received my items I purchased from them on November 12, 2016. Today's date is December 27, 2016. They state you should receive your items in 3-4 weeks. They do no return phone calls, and you can't leave them a message on their website anymore. They sent me an email approximately two weeks ago stating my order was delayed, and then a couple days later they said they did not have my order # in their system. I feel they scam people, as I have read a lot of complaints from other customers. Can't even leave a message on their Facebook page either. Terrible business practices. I have never had this happen to me. Can't get a refund as nobody will get back to me and there is no way of getting ahold of them anymore. My order # is: 64983. They do not provide an address on their website either. I have read other comments from customers who also did not receive their merchandise. Some did, but items were broken, and they don't give a refund after 30 days, and, of course those people did not receive their merchandise until after the 30 days. I have tried several times on their website to put my email address and order # in to check my order status and it tells me they don't have that order # in their system. This company is not very reputable and people need to beware of their business practices.

This is a fake company. I found them via a Facebook ad, and went to their website, which seemed totally legitimate. I purchased a bracelet for my friend via my Bank of America credit/debit card. PranaHeart sent me a Facebook message via Facebook Messenger, with my order linking back to their website, and a link to a tracking # to USPS. The tracking # link said, "tracking # not found". I went to write them back on Facebook messenger, and it said, "no longer accepting emails from this account." I went to PranaHeart's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pranahearts/info/?tab=page_info, and wrote them a comment to the effect of, "I made a purchase, it says there is no tracking #, please advise?" It was never posted onto their page or responded to. I emailed them via my personal email, and this is the reply I got:

Thanks for your message. We are a trustworthy company and we care about our clients. If you like a refund, all you have to do is ask me. I just checked and saw that your order was shipped on Apr 27 and is on the way. Please let me know what you want me to do for you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This was never shipped, my friend never received her package, they did not reply to my request for a tracking #, and they did not refund any money of mine. I reported them to Bank of America who promptly refunded my money.

Please advise. They need to be shutdown and criminally prosecuted as they committed fraud and theft!
