I asked when can I see the apartment? he said anytime but first I have to come into the office and fill out an application so I can be pre approved.
I also asked Daniel.do they office rent the apartments? He said yes.
After filling out the rental application he told me I had to leave a two hundred dollars deposit to show the owner that I'm serious about renting and the deposit will go towards the move in cost ;and if I don't find anything in 90days I would get my deposit back.
I explained to him and his supervisor that I'm not able to keep coming in for a weekly rental listing and they told me I don't have to anymore because they email the listing out now.
Which they never did do.
After an attempt to get my deposit back because my phone calls being ignored and I never received any listing by email. I was told I had to wait till my 90days were up.
After my 90days were up I requested my refund and I was told by the supervisor that I had fill out a hand written request and submit a statement why they service didn't work for me alone with a copy of my contract and proof that I live at the residence on my contract and it will take 10-12 days to hear from them.
After complying with their demands I
was mailed a letter saying my deposit would not be returned .
They never stated the reason why they won't return my deposit.
They only gave a list of things that they use for an excuse to keep my deposit. Which, none of them applied to me.
Besides, I noticed that they copy listing from other people rental sites and print them out as if it's their own.
I doubt if anyone receive any service from this business besides being robbed.
