This is a fraudulent website that is not connected with the government TSA - official business but looks like an official site - it DOES not provide any service and does not direct travelers to the correct US Government Site - it comes up before the correct site on Google search and charges $ 250 dollars - for providing no service. ( the official site allows you to schedule an appointment for free )

I requested my money back immediately after realizing it was predatory and fraudulent site - but they refused to return my fee- !!

This is truly interfering with government services -
