Purchased green dot debit card at walmart. Paid 200.00 to load on card. Came home registered the card. After 30 minutes I went to website to see if money was there and it showed 0 balance. I called green dot and they said money was loaded on a different card. Green dot will only refund to me $7.05. They said that was the only amount they could refund. They also sent the refund to a different address. I also still have the reciept and card.
