Put half the money down on a custom-designed double entry door ($2500) and the door was not ready for delivery when we were told it would be. It was not even built yet over in China and our new home is all finished except for the door. They said we could get a refund and it would take 30 days. Did not happen! Keep getting the run-around and have since found out many others have been ripped off by these scoundrels. Salesman Harry Pambuckchyan, his father and brother.
