Entered by ScamPulse.com Staff: First, the consumer was drawn into the store to try a free eye cream. Then the business said we will give a machine worth $13,000 dollars if you buy an eye cream, consumer did not know it was $2613 for an eye cream, consumer signed for purchase on a tablet. The consumer was unaware of the what they signed and later discovered there are no refunds and no exchanges. The business gave additional beauty products for no "charge". Business also encouraged consumer to advertise their business beauty bag and would give the consumer a free machine. consumer states they did not have their credit card and business offered consumer to call their bank. upon calling the bank, the business put consumers phone on speaker to be able to hear the conversation with the bank. The consumer stated the other representative came out stating she was Paris and offered a bunch of free items. the consumer alleges a fake consumer came in and gave money to the business and they pocketed the money instead of in the register. the Consumer reached out to the business due to charges and business offered to see what they can do. Business did not follow up and became unresponsive. Consumer later discovered business fled the location they were at. Consumer states business travels different locations and scamming consumers.
