First of all, the company (got there via Facebook, silly me) duped me into ordering 2 of the items rather than 1. I quickly emailed them several times at [email protected] (which was the email address that the order information was sent from) about this but never got a reply. I finally found their website (it was not as easy to find as one might think) and sent another email to [email protected] (per their "contact us" information) and got a reply but all it said was that the order was shipped on 6 Feb 2021 and to be patient. No acknowledgement regarding the fact that I was scammed into purchasing the 2nd item. There is no information about the company on their website or in their reply to me. The only reason I know about Brampton ON is from the charges on my credit card. AND I have yet to receive the order.
