During the process of trying to refund an order that was incorrect on their part, they refused to do the refund and provide return shipping which their website states. After multiple back and forth emails with the scammer, I decided to open a claim on Paypal. Which then caused them to reach out to me about the claim. I told them the reason for the claim and why I was not okay with having the pay return shipping. They shipping the product from New Jersey, and then wanted me to pay return shipping to Honk Kong, which would have cost $135. After refusing to pay the return shipping the sell settled on a 60% refund only after the Paypal claim was canceled. I canceled the claim and then the company blocked my email address and I have not heard back from them at all since November 20th.
