Facebook ad stated a QVC Father's Day Special on Collasible Pop-It Shelves, two for 19.99. Ordered four, total was $49.89. Received confirmation immediately with order number, soon after, tracking info was provided on a site called track718.com. The tracking was periodically updated, and I followed up via email, receiving responses occasionally asking me to be patient and that the order was en route. The order eventually was updated to "Delivered", I received nothing. We have cameras and I work from home. The customer service email representative said the package was probably stolen, but I am here all day and it was never delivered. Looking online, there are numerous reports of this company posing as QVC to scam people with good deals on products. Emails they used were [email protected] and [email protected] and the website actualcult.com. I am unsure how to recover my funds at this point. The company also operates on Facebook with a page called "TV Shop".
