After I talked to Claire, she transferred me to her supervisor with the name of Maricar Luna. Then I was transferred to a lady who asked me the same questions, then I was transferred to a guy who's suppose to explain the package to me. He talked so fast that I couldn't even understand what he was saying. I told him to slow down but he still kept on talking fast. I was so irritated and eager to hang out the phone. Claire said that she can even get us 50% discount for our flight and we have a year to use the package.
After a month, we decided to go the cancun on April so we called Claire. We arranged all our schedules so we can go on April 19-26 this year. I specifically told Claire that we want to stay at the Royal Sunset and she said there will be no problem that she will take care of it. Claire said that she can buy the airfare ticket for us so we don't have to pay a higher price. She said we have to send the money to the Philippines because it's cheaper to but the airfare ticket there. She said to send the money to Syra Paldez. I asked her if she's with the travel agency and she said yes. I asked her the name of the travel agency and she gave me a name, then my husband googled it but it showed that the travel agency is from Canada and not Philippines. That gave us a red flag so I just told her that we will buy our own tickets. My friend on the other hand, send $1000 to Syra Paldez via western union because somehow, they couldn't send it through Zoom or Remit which gave us another red flag also. Moving forward, after two months, we are still waiting for our hotel itinerary. I couldn't book our flight because of that. My friend has been in contact with Claire and Claire would tell her that we're already booked and everything is all set but we have not received our itinerary yet. So my husband called the Premier reservation and found out that it was not even booked yet. When he tried booking the hotel that we wanted to stay at, they were charging us for $238 per night. We also found out that we have to attend a 2 hour Time Share presentation. We were furious. We called Claire and Maricar but they never returned our call. We couldn't find Claire's facebook page either. We were scammed. Premier Cancun Vacations is a scam and should not be operating a business. They are employing people that are liars, cheaters and scums. I don't even think Claire and Maricar if working in Mexico which they claimed but rather they are from the Philippines.

When you pick up the phone it sounds exactly like you're speaking to a real person. But it's not. It's a robo-call that listens for specific answers to questions. Then they put you on hold and send you to someone who tries to get you involved in a time-share.
I have asked that they stop calling me, but they continue to do so.
