They will not honor coupon and up-sell the carpet cleaning service. A $55. steam cleaning coupon for 3-rooms turns into a $234 service, which I decline and they won't do the service for the $55.
Then the verbal agreement for a free estimate, turns into them threatening to bill me for $37.
