Please be warned that Premier Cav Puppies is a scam! They use phony pictures and multiple addresses. Will not live chat in anyway, nor will they provide documents or provide proof of any kind beforehand. They expect full payment up front. And only ship the puppies, so no street address ever given. Hard to believe they are still out there! My friend inquired on same puppy as I did, and they used the same wording verbatim to her also. Except they are supposedly now in Georgia, whereas last week they were located in Texas! Hope they are caught soon!!
