I was trying to buy a pug puppy, to replace the one that had just passed away. I had been searching on the AKC registry for a breeder, when I came across the website: https://pugslandbreeder.company.com/ that offered non-champion bloodline puppies for a reasonable price. When I contacted them about shipping they told me that they use United Airlines Pet Safe Program as a way to ship. But instead of being contacted by them, I was contacted by someone with a heavy Indian accent and using a google phone number that couldn't be called back on. When they contacted me they first used email and then an aggressive call and text message tactic. The first payment was for $780 for pet ins and then another $620 for a covid fee and then they asked for another fee to rent a crate that was almost $1000. The first 2 fees were sent by Zelle and then the last one, they requested that I send it by western union to Bogata, Colombia, that is went I knew it was a scam. Lesson learned never buy an animal online
