I booked a luxury sedan car in February 2024 to take me to a concert on June 26 pick up at my address at 3:00pm. The money was taking the same day I booked before my trip in June, which was the first red flag. On the actual day of event June 26 a lyft driver showed up at my home in a car that was not a luxury sedan and then another person showed up in my driveway with an SUV which was not the car I booked. The driver was not dressed appropriately and did not know where they were taking me (madison square garden) for the concert. I was not comfortable getting in the car and I told both drivers to leave my residence which they both did. I immediately called the company and explained what happened and told them I was very disappointed and unhappy beause I would miss my concert and I wanted a refund which I never received for the car service booking.
