I recently graduated from college and I was at the DMV one day and got a phone call from this company. They said they could get my student loan payments down and that I qualify for loan forgiveness. They had access to my loans and could see all of them and had information about them which immediately made me believe it was legit. They said if I consolidate for a fee of $699 that my payments would be $79 for 10 years and everything after that would be forgiven. I took a couple weeks to think about it and looked up the company online to make sure it was legit (to the best of my knowledge). I repeat I did not reach out to this company. They informed me that my loan servicing agent, FedLoan Servicing, would still handle the loan payments once the consolidation process is done, which they said takes about 3 months during which I will be in forbearance. It has been 5 months now and I started making calls and sending emails after about 4 months because I suspected something was off. No one has returned my email or phone calls and I left multiple messages with multiple people. FedLoan has no idea or proof that I ever consolidated my loans and my payments are the exact same as they were before I consolidated. My mother was the one who paid for the consolidation service so she was the one who was scammed out of the $699. Her name is Ericka Ranney. This company scammed me and many others out of false information and $699. I read on google reviews multiple people have left complaints and reported this company with Federal Trade Commission and BBB.

This company calls themselves Premier Processing Center, pretending to help with student loans, they charged me for the help I needed of 600$ Come to find out they scammed me, and others from what I read! I called Navient who handled my student loan and asked if they heard anything from the company, and claimed they had not! Apparently they have been asked before I called about this company! They are taking advantage of people! And getting away with it!
