We ordered 5 car parts from them and their website and invoice has a 7 day return policy. We received the parts on 11/12/24 and realized right away that we were missing components from some parts and other parts were not the correct parts that we ordered. On 11/15 we called Premier Auto and explained the situation and they asked us to send pictures and would not give us a return address as of now, that they needed to see the pictures first and that they would call back on Monday 11/18/24. They did not call back on Monday. They called on Tuesday 11/19/24, but the phone calls came through as Spam Risk, so we didn't answer. It was not until 11/20/24 that we received a voicemail stating that the calls from 11/19/24 that said Spam Risk was Premier Auto. Upon speaking with them on 11/20/24 they became very angry and would not give us an address to return the items and eventually hung up on us.
