Purchased a car at Premier auto took it in for the 1st oil change and there started a flooding of insurance claims. The paper work was almost always off. Millage wrong. Overcharges. Always gave me 2 receipts. One from the Insurance and 1 for them to overcharge me. Always Thanks some thing! Dates wrong. Millage wrong! They drove my car over 400 miles! They kept my car over a month and a half! I mist a Vacation and had to sympathy over my Biopsy during all this as I waited for my car over and over. God I kept all my Receipts because they refused to give them to me. I had to call the police as per the Insurance I have told me to get what they give me that It was illegal for them not to give me my receipt so I called the police. The police came they lied to the police regarding the receipts, And also light say me and my husband were threatening them. I didn't raise my voice, And I did not threaten anybody they have cameras in their building as we were recording with their permission because of all the lies and deception. He said it was fine every time. So I was extremely disappointed to know they had lied to the police officer and said such things and the person that the police was talking to is the person I have only spoke to once. I believe this Building is doing an insurance prize as my paperwork shows clearly after simple oil change 2 years worth of work my car is depreciated significantly. Please be aware of this business stay far from it or pay attention to your receipts take pictures before and afthere's a Before & After as we learned to have to do with them because of the lies and smooth talking. Definitely buyer beware I would never recommend anyone in our community Ever go there.
