We contacted these people for malamute puppies for a christmas gift. We sent money to secure one and have it shipped to our house. Once the shipping company (GL shipping agency) contacted us they wanted $3500 more for a crate to ship. We contacted the puppy people for them to tell us that it is not normal but usually depends on the weather. The shipping agency refused any credit card transactions and "William" from premium alaskan malamutes refuses to answer the phone. I expressed interest in the same puppy and they email me saying that the puppy was ready to go as soon as possible.
