I had to move my cars from LA to Oklahoma, Jason Brown contacted me with a good lower price. I agreed and pick him because of the price offer, I payed $250 deposit. The day of my moving he sent me a text that the driver it’s not licensed and he have another one for almost double price! If I don’t agree I lose my deposit. I had no other choice because was the last minute! It was a total scam! The driver that showed up said he had no idea why I payed someone deposit and this deposit doesn’t show up anywhere and not including in his price!

Thought never was gonna happened to me, and I was scammed too, like many others of you, and actually they use almost the same story and adding more, this was part of it.
I found this company and start texting then talking with this guy: "Paul Smith" he gave me 2 days, (the third day) the driver was going to picked it up the car in LA and transport to San Antonio, TX. but that never occurred I will report these thieves, they have a strong accent like from middle east.
I lost my $150.00 but I will report them be careful with all these scammers.
The scam is designed to secure your business with a false price, and then present the real price when you're under time pressure. The time pressure is created by the scammer with the original lie, and then used as a tool to get you to pay the actual cost.

Don't fall for it. But if you already have, let the contract run its course. They will not be able to find a driver at the agreed price. Then report the company to the authorities, see below for details.

You can also get your deposit back by starting a dispute, even with Venmo. Be sure to do so, so they will eventually be blocked from accepting payments through each institution.

The guy that runs the company is named Nick Devis, and his website is at premiumautoshipping.com. He should be in jail, and these scam companies should be shut down. Follow the steps below to make that happen as soon as possible.

Attempted to more than DOUBLE my charge after sending "invoice" stating original amount and promising repeatedly that price would not change. Unable to get hold of them. They changed ship date on my vehicle as well. I am reporting them to DOT and BBB as well. These people are scammers

First, Premium Auto Shipping are thieves and liars. They told me on the phone, repeatedly that the price they were quoting was solid and not an estimate. Then, after paying the $150 down payment, they called the next morning and doubled the amount due at delivery. I told them the car was at a car lot and didn't run. (why would I ship a car that runs?) They then said that I told them it was at a residence and did run. Why would I lie about that? I gave them the address and business name, which was obviously a car lot! When we agreed at a price at delivery, the driver told me he had accepted the contract two days earlier for $200 less than Premium was asking. They said I could cancel the contract for a $200 fee. So I would have to pay $200 to get my $150 back. They are now refusing to ship my car and refusing to give me my money back.
Shaun at PAS is a lying theif.

I was in desperate need of my car getting shift and I was scared of scams. Premium auto shipping was the only one that gave me security, safety and professionalism since the beginning. He was attentive, assertive and communicated with me wonderfully. This is the best company

Often we find out how good someone is when things don’t go perfectly. Over the course of the four days it took to get my vehicle shipped from Florida certain items, that were not within control of Premium Auto Shipping, didn’t go perfectly. That didn’t stop Dan from taking responsibility for getting things fixed and taking any stress that I otherwise might have felt, off of my shoulders. Dan involved himself twice when he didn’t need to on the course of the four days - both times well into his evening, including once when I reached out at ten at night, he immediately responded and worked until the issue was resolved, including updating me immediately after resolution, which happened at 1AM the next morning (he awoke to his message after I woke up). While the only other time I needed him, he didn’t need to go quite so above beyond, I have no doubt he would have had it been necessary. Dan and Premium Auto Shipping got the job done. My car arrived in perfect condition, and at any point in the process that I felt like I might need to worry, Dan did that for me even when his workday had ended. Very impressed.

Premium Auto Shipping new scam phone numbers1-516-862-1323 1-516-6966922

Premium auto shipping inc is a SCAM company phone numbers used 1-516-385-9260 1-516-656-1122 1-516-696-6905 1-213-433-4046 DO NOT USE THIS FAKE [censored]

Check out reviews on other platforms, I’ve been through the exact same thing with them. They give you one price, try to rush you to sign contract without reading, then the day before tell you their driver canceled. THERE NEVER WAS A DRIVER! They then tell you they found someone but they are charging what was a little MORE than DOUBLE the cost, because at this point they think you’re desperate and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor! They then try to hold on to your deposit if you go elsewhere. Unluckily for them I read over the contract and asked them to clarify the terms that says something about prices may increase at the time of appointing a driver. I had in writing and recording that it WAS the time of appointing the driver and prices will not increase. They initially tried to hold on to my deposit saying they know their contract very well 😂 that was until I screen shot that I asked them to clarify that part & they reiterate that prices will not increase. I also informed them I had a voice recording of said conversation as they called to clarify as well. They still tried to keep my deposit until I threaten a class action suit, threatened to report them to BBB, threatened to report their license, threatened to hit them with the bill of having to rent a car for the week due to their dishonest practices plus losing wages from missing work due to having plans of having my car. If it weren’t for all of this they would’ve held on to my deposit. These people are disgusting slimes.

Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuun don't walk to this fake company they scam me for $150.00 for down payment with VENMO and never render any services numbers they use 1-516-656-1122 and 1-561-696-6906 and they use 213 area code to tell you they are on the way but they never show up so i call them 60 to 70 times a they and fill out there answering machine so they can not do this to you KEEP THERE LINE BUZY

This company offered a quote for shipping a vehicle. Bombarded me with phone calls and emails and promises of what they could do. Every request was given a "yes of course" response. I saw their website, their MDOT registration and read reviews and assumed they were legit. As SOON as I sent the deposit, I stopped hearing from anyone at this place. They gave me a FAKE name and number of a driver who was supposedly assigned to me. Never heard from the driver either. Unfortunately, until these events I did not dig deep enough to read these other reports. Do not do business with these people. I will be trying to report them to the entity that licensed them as well. They should not be allowed to do business! I did file a claim of fraudelent activity with Zelle. They had me send the money to an account of [email protected] I am sure that will be closed down and another opened. Numbers I have associated with these people are:
516-656-1104, 516 696 6905 and the fake driver is "Max" 213-433-4046

More information on this company

I had originally planned to transfer my car from Tucson to Seattle, and then this company contacted me and provided a more competitive quote. Deciding to go with their offer, I signed the contract and paid a $150 reservation fee. my car is scheduled for pickup tomorrow, and today I attempted to reach them by phone to confirm the details, but none of the phone numbers listed on their website were responsive. It is crucial that we take action to safeguard the trust within our society and protect others from falling victim to this fraudulent scam.

I was also scammed for $150, please beware of this company. Call all the numbers the website lists cannot reach, then I realized I got frauded.

So after having an associate get the same runaround as you folks (charging extra money the day before), I demanded a deposit refund for an upcoming move. They told me the same thing. Remove the dispute and we will issue the refund. NFW. If you remove the dispute...you cannot reopen it. This is what they are counting on.
The dispute stays until the refund is issued. If you don't remove the dispute, Venmo (or whatever cash app you use) will reimburse you under the buyer protection program. Then they will block the user from accepting any more cash. This MAY just hinder them a bit before they just open up a new account under a different name, but at least it makes them work a bit for trying to screw us over. It is laughable. They are threating me with legal action. I'm a corporate lawyer! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. Bring it on!

Took my deposit. Then wouldn't answer phone anymore. That speaks for itself. Called ALL numbers listed for company.
They blocked me after realizing was a scam and wrote bad review about them on another site. Transporter site. Very bad people. Should be in jail doing wire fraud. Thought I did my due diligence. Google reviews and star ratings are not enough these days. Learned the hard way. Just trying to warn others now.

1) They quote a low price they know they can't achieve

2) Insist that a deposit be paid upfront

3) On the day your car is scheduled for picked up, they will claim the driver cancelled... The truth is there never was a driver

4) Insist you pay hundreds more for the new driver they found... This is the first actual driver

The scam is designed to secure your business with a false price, and then present the real price when you're under time pressure. The time pressure is created by the scammer with the original lie, and then used as a tool to get you to pay the actual cost.

Premium Auto Shipping is a complete scam, and they submit fake reviews online. They took my deposit but never showed up to pick up my car. I am at "no-show" day number 8 today. Their driver had me waiting day after day, saying he would be arriving or was "on the way." The company will not refund my $200 deposit. The low price and the fact that they would take only a Venmo deposit, just to schedule a [fake] pick-up, were two red flags. Live and learn.

Scam. They asked for a deposit and gave me a window for the pick up time. Driver will be late 3 to 4 hours, supposedly. Not here yet.

Needed a vehicle shipped from Jacksonville Florida (3hrs away) to SC. Was contacted by this company rep (Jason Brown) LIAR! Was told he could have his driver deliver it on Tuesday (spoke with him on Sat). Said he could do it for 200.00. I looked up reviews, he sent pics if "his trailers" which were nice and enclosed and obviously, after the fact, NOT HIS! I don't understand how there were positive reviews for this company! So he pushed and pushed for me to hurry and send a 100.00 deposit to secure his driver. THIS WAS A MISTAKE! Once I did the issues started and long story short I ended up paying over 400.00 and the car didn't arrive until the following Saturday! When the issues started and I said I just wanted my money back he said I could cancel the delivery (at a 200.00 additional charge). It was a HORRIBLE experience and I'm sure my blood pressure was sky high that entire week! Please do not use these scam artists or any other company that wants ANY upfront money! I learned the hard way and hope I can help someone else avoid these SCAMMERS!
