Scam!!! Jason Brown from Premium auto shipping
I Told Him: You Scammed Me !!
I found this company and start texting then talking with this guy: "Paul Smith" he gave me 2 days, (the third day) the driver was going to picked it up the car in LA and transport to San Antonio, TX. but that never occurred I will report these thieves, they have a strong accent like from middle east.
I lost my $150.00 but I will report them be careful with all these scammers.
The scam is designed to secure your business with a false price, and then present the real price when you're under time pressure. The time pressure is created by the scammer with the original lie, and then used as a tool to get you to pay the actual cost.
Don't fall for it. But if you already have, let the contract run its course. They will not be able to find a driver at the agreed price. Then report the company to the authorities, see below for details.
You can also get your deposit back by starting a dispute, even with Venmo. Be sure to do so, so they will eventually be blocked from accepting payments through each institution.
The guy that runs the company is named Nick Devis, and his website is at premiumautoshipping.com. He should be in jail, and these scam companies should be shut down. Follow the steps below to make that happen as soon as possible.

Beware of Premium Auto Shipping Inc, it's a fraud.
This is a fraud, beware!!
Yup. Me too.
The dispute stays until the refund is issued. If you don't remove the dispute, Venmo (or whatever cash app you use) will reimburse you under the buyer protection program. Then they will block the user from accepting any more cash. This MAY just hinder them a bit before they just open up a new account under a different name, but at least it makes them work a bit for trying to screw us over. It is laughable. They are threating me with legal action. I'm a corporate lawyer! HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. Bring it on!
Total Scammers
They blocked me after realizing was a scam and wrote bad review about them on another site. Transporter site. Very bad people. Should be in jail doing wire fraud. Thought I did my due diligence. Google reviews and star ratings are not enough these days. Learned the hard way. Just trying to warn others now.
This company is running a simple scam
2) Insist that a deposit be paid upfront
3) On the day your car is scheduled for picked up, they will claim the driver cancelled... The truth is there never was a driver
4) Insist you pay hundreds more for the new driver they found... This is the first actual driver
