09-27-2021 I ordered a Z-Line range hood in he amount of $1300.00
02/16/2022 I have not received the item and after dozen of emails with no response and dozen of disconnected phone calls requesting information about my purchase realized that I am a victim of fraud. I accessed the website pretending to buy another purchase and I got an email responding if I needed help with my shopping cart like if they are ready to accept another purchase. Contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. I will keep you posted. Miami Florida

Hi I just wanted to let you know I reached out to the appliance company directly (Ilve) and they told me that Premium Bell wasn't a scam per se, they just went out of business BUT Ilve is still honoring all orders. My oven will be to me in two weeks. I hope you can do the same!

My wife and I are shopping for our new home and she sent me a link to an oven we wanted. The oven was $5,300 which was comparable to the same model on other websites. The website doesn't look super professional but I didn't notice any immediate red flags such as spelling errors. We ordered the oven in early October and in early December we received an email saying the order had been canceled with no further details. I have emailed them and called them for the last week and have not received any correspondence. Upon further research of the website, I have good reason to believe that the website is a scam and we may not be getting refunded.

What have you done? I was in contact with Ilve the company who made the oven and they suggested that it was legitimate and that my oven would be delivered. I still haven’t received it and I ordered it in June!
