In October, I found Premium Chihuahua Puppies online in several places as being a reputable dog breeder. After speaking on the phone and exchanging text messages, I signed an agreement for a puppy from an upcoming litter and paid a $200 deposit by Apple Pay. Several litters have been delivered since according but the breeder . I contacted the breeder by text and she pretended to not know any of my information, then after I sent picture of the text exchanges, she said she’d made a mistake. She also asked for what phone number I used to text her. There were two different numbers to contact her with. She told me she would refund my money but has not done so and is now ignoring all messages.
