I was contacted by mail. Premium Domain Services offered to help with getting a Government Grant. They claimed without their help I would not be able to receive a Grant. The cost would be $395.00 which I would receive back on top of the $15.000 Grant. After they received the $395 they came back with if I would pay them $1050.00 they would be able to get me $45,000. For a few weeks they called once a week giving me homework such as why you need the money, what is it for, will you be doing home improvement or spend it on travel or pay bills After they received the money, they no longer answer the phone directly. In other words the answering machine will tell you that everyone is busy on the phone and to leave a message, name phone number and reason they will return the call as soon as an agent is free. But never return the call. Same with email no return answer.
