I returned the product within 8 days of placing the order. I contacted the company and received an RMA and confirmation that would receive a refund less a $25.00 restocking fee. After 5 calls, i never received the refund. In the end, they said I failed to request the refund within the 30 days of receipt of the order. They are very deceptive and unethical. The initial call with an agent was very understanding and the last call was with an agent and supervisor who simply would not honor the agreement associated with the RMA.

The website previously listed as ultra fast keto boost.com is where my order was placed. The charge should have been $49 and ended up being $198.70. I contacted the company informed them that the item was returned and a representative verified it was received.The company refused to issue a refund even though the product was received. The company has a multiple websites and phone numbers but no owner information or mailing address. My credit card company is also investigating the fraud.

On October 27th I bought 5 bottles. they were 'buy 3 get 2 free' @ $37.94 a bottle.I excepted to pay $119.22 for the 3 bottles. instead I was billed $198.70. for all 5 bottles. I tried to cancel the order within 1 hour, but was told I could not. I could return them after I received them. I needed to call & get a RMA#, after they were received on (11-22-19) they would return my cost minus a restocking fee of $5.00 per bottle. I received nothing by 12-11-19. I returned as instrucked. I called Dave #300 verified they had received the bottles BUT as of 12-1-19 they implemented a new policy> ALL SALES FINAL, NO RETURNS! I argued I had purchased before they changed the policy, He advised I would receive an email within 48 Hrs. NOT! Called again 12-20-19, spoke to Josh #300, was told NO REFUNDS, I spoke to his Supervisor Agent JM #55. She said I would have a refund in 5 days, call back if not received. Call back today 12-27-19, spoke to Josh #129 again he transferred to a supervisor, Dre #26. Dre told me NO REFUND, NO IF'S AND'S OR BUT'S. I just want my $175.00 back for their worthless product!!

The ad for Ultra Fast Keto Boost where if you buy more they give you free bottles! I purchased 3 bottles at $39 each buy buying 3 & then you get / bottles free! When I received my bank statement I was charged for all 5 bottles! I called ‘& talked with an agent extensively, even told her I would send back the product because of the cost. She finely agreed they would refund my account$89.40! She said 4-5 business days! This has been about ; wks & still no refund! I called today & the person said the account was closed & no refund would be given! I asked to speak to the manager & she said no one was available! She was sorry but I wouldn’t get a refund on the over charge.

My bank reported that my credit card had been compromised. One of the fraud charges was from Ultra Fast Keto Boost. A fraud reimbursement is being pursued by my bank and the card was canceled. I thought that the situation was done except that I just received 5 bottles of Keto Boost in the mail. I have no intention of using a product that I never ordered however it seems that Keto Boost received my shipping info from some other source. Totally unclear why someone would compromise my credit card and then have product shipped to me. Searching around online, it seems that this Keto Boost company has multiple scam warnings. I have received email spam from the company previously (text of message empty or just symbols), always sent to trash.

As with the hundreds of other complaints here, I was sent a product I did not order. My cc was billed for 5 bottles of these supplements for a total of $198.70. When I called the company, I was told that in order to receive a full refund, I would need to return the products at my expense(he refused to send me a pre-paid return label) and that I'd be charged a restocking fee. The agent I spoke with stated he was a supervisor and his agent # is 984. He gave me the last 4 digits of the cc charged and I have reported this to the cc company as a fraudulent charge. I never ordered this product nor did anyone in my household. They did not have an email address for me and when I asked him to provide me a copy of the order he claims I placed, he was unable to do so. A complete scam and they need to be stopped!

A charge for $198 showed up on my credit card from this company. I had not heard of them until I saw this fraudulent charge on my statement. I've been working with my credit card company as well in regards to investigating these people! I would not have known this charge happened had I not paid attention to my credit card statements monthly. I immediately disputed this. My credit card company sent me the information of the purchase from the merchant. And the proof was in the pudding there because the address was not even mine or anyone I know. It was sent to some woman in New York?! It has been a nightmare trying to get this refunded. And now all the sudden today 12/8 the keto package shows up at my home... Which is very concerning as they should absolutely NOT have my credit card info let alone my address information as I did not order this product!!! I have a child on the way and this is very unsettling for myself and my family. These people need to be investigated and shut down. I want my refund from these scammers. I've also had to change my credit card information. As for the mystery package showing up at my door I will be sending this back immediately and following up on my refund request.

I have reported the charge as fraudulent to VISA

and had the card destroyed

and that credit card account closed

I do not see how they could have possibly gotten my credit card number and address

except by fraudulent or illicit means

I will note that they do not answer the phone number on the illicit receipt

I noticed a fraudalent charge of Keto something on my credit card from what appeared to be a SPA in Las Vegas

I called Master Card to alert them.

Several days later I received 5 containers of Keto diet pills WHICH I DID NOT ORDER.

I have no idea how this occurred.

I called the company to tell them I did NOT order this, don't know why I received it, and would like to return the product and get a refund.

Was told I could not get a refund.

Mastercard has now issued me a new card and has blocked any charges from this company in the future.

They credited my card for the amount and are investigating.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

On 10/22/19 I (internet--Instagram ad) purchased Ultra Fast Keto Boost as seen on "Shark Tank", and what was advertised as a "Free trial" (2 bottles were supposed to be free - pay only small shipping charges). A few clicks of the screen later, there was an ad to get 5 bottles for an extra $39.74. So it appeared I would be getting the 2 free trial bottles + paying $39.74 for an extra 3 more bottles + shipping. A 30-Day money back guarantee was listed on the ad.

On 10/24/19 I noticed pending charges on my credit card for $198.70 (the cost of 5 bottles x $39.74 each)! I immediately called the phone number associated with the credit card charge 1-844-704-1211. I asked for a full refund of the pending charges. I was on hold for nearly 60 minutes before they answered my call. The associate kept me on the phone call arguing for over 44 minutes, refused to refund my money, and offered me a refund of less than 1/2 of my money --then insisted that I wait for the product to ship and then call back to get an "RMA" return label after which time they could refund money for the bottles returned. The associate refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

On 11/7/19 I called back to request a full refund of my $198.70. An associate by the name of Casie #175 first offered me a refund of less than 1/2 of my money back. After refusing to let me speak with a supervisor and arguing with me on the phone for over 37 minutes, she agreed to a "full" refund--however, would be keeping $25 restocking fee ($5 x 5 bottles)--so not a full refund. She also said she would email me a confirmation of the refund promise, but it never arrived. I never did get the 2 free trial bottles--only a shipment of 5 bottles along with the hefty $198.70 charge. A 30-Day money back guarantee is supposed to mean one gets a full refund if requested--which I requested multiple times within the 30-day timeframe!

It appears they are scamming customers by 1) hoping they won't notice the extra large (fraudulent) credit card charges 2) refusing to refund monies in full and keeping 50% to 75% of the charge if they ever do give a partial refund 3) retaining $5 per bottle of a bogus "restocking" fee 4) false advertising 5) faulty customer service 6) not honoring the 30-Day money back guarantee, etc.

There may be some differences between the Instagram ad and the website ad.

On Saturday evening, 10/26/2019 @ 10:00 pm, I had a moment of weakness and decided to invest in this product which I found over 20 ads on facebook for this product. Attached is the first option that there website offers after you enter your contact information, you then are at the page where you have 3 options of amounts of product you would select to purchase. The website seems quite authentic: 1st option buy 3 bottles, 2 free (free shipping) for $39.74, 2nd option buy 2 bottles 1 free (free shipping) for $49.97, 3rd option buy 1 bottle (free shipping) for $69.99. I choose the 1st option and provided my credit card.

Then unfortunately, I started reading the comments on facebook on the ads, this is a SCAM, they overcharge you $198.00, you call customer service and they offer you a discounted price, but no help. The customer service isn't helping and trying to send you more product, etc. So I immediately send them an email asking to cancel my order at 10:17 pm. No response.

So praying and hoping this doesn't happen to me, on Sunday morning, 10/27/2019 around 9 ish AM, I checked my bank account and low and behold, I had a pending charge of $198.00. I immediately called the customer service line and after quite a long wait, spoke to a representative. Which was like speaking to a scripted person reading their response. They could give no reason why I was being charged that amount of money and kept insisting I bought all five jars at this discounted price. I kept telling them that I only picked the option of $39.74, but to no avail was I given again any reasonable reason as to why I was being charged $198.00. It doesn't take a rocket science to understand the what I ordered and purchased, their was not justifiable reason for the amount charged other then them continuously saying you bought a different amount. It was the most frustrating conversation I have ever had in my entire life.

With further investigation on all ads on facebook, this is happening to many many poor unsuspecting victims. I know I shared my experience and told people not to buy, so saved a couple thousand dollars for people. This is a horrible scam and milliions of dollars are being taken from innocent people who want to look weight.
