I purchased product online while chatting w/rep from company. I paid through Zelle and my bank for the amount of the product (total was $209.99, but I mistakenly paid $299.99)...this money represented the items and shipping cost to NJ....once received, the item was shipped and product sent with Aramex logistics shipping co....my package made it to St Louis where now I was told it was on hold pending "insurance payment" of $520...I was told I would get that $ back in cash upon delivery...I paid again through Zelle and then I was told they needed another $435 ...On the product's website, they say in their FAQ's that shipping is done through the USPS, UPS and FedEx, no one said anything about shelling out $955 more to get a delivery only worth $210....whether I lost this money or I receive the product, this is not a good business to deal with, as they lie on their website, and withhold pertinent information every buyer should be aware of....as of today no one has contacted me, or said what will happen next.
