I purchased a Pomeranian puppy from this page and paid for insurance also with a company called cargo express and they proceeded to tell me that the puppy died and they could not do anything for me to call the insurance and then proceeded to ask me for more money for a new puppy instead of returning my money or reimbursing me with another puppy. I am sending you screenshots of the payments I sent and there is also a number I’m sending of the insurance company harrassing me for more money.
