Premium Solutions LLC Reports & Reviews (2)

Browsing online, my PC started beeping loudly, like a siren or alarm, stating I needed to call Microsoft. The number to "Microsoft" was listed. I called, and they supposedly transferred me to Premium Solutions. To fix my PC, they were asking $349 and additional $299 for all devices tied to my home network. Initially, they asked for my checking account, we said no. They then accepted credit cards. They did not want to charge a credit card twice in a row...RED FLAG...They "fixed" what they instigated in the first place.

I contacted my credit card companies, they verified the charge came from the UK, there was an additional $7 overseas charge. My credit card companies credited back to me the charges. I reported the cards as stolen.

They continue to email, I just designate it as SPAM so eventually I will stop getting them. They have called once on my home line. The number it registered was: 1-702-942-7416

The other number they have listed is: 800-576-5105

While I was on the internet on 5/8/16 around 12:20pm EST, my computer screen was suddenly frozen and became white with a voice saying approximately that: ' You immediately need to contact this number 800-874-8739 as my computer had harmful viruses that would destroy my information'. I did not do anything for about a couple minutes but the screen was still frozen and the message was repeated several times. I then became very anxious and called the above number. The person who answered the phone seem to know why I called and tried to tell me he had to help me by addressing the viruses or remove the 3rd party on my computer. I tried to get answers about who they were and they stated the message was from Microsoft and that they would not know anything about my computer unless it came from Microsoft. I felt severally pressured by a Ray Jonathon WEXDO5 06 as he stated. He insisted that I had very little time and they needed to start working on my computer immediately or I would be in trouble. I was then told It would only cost $399.95 at the senior citizen rate. Unfortnately I did not know about scamming and so I gave them permission to access my computer and later was told I needed to pay $499.99 (by check, giving then my check number and tracking #)as the price was higher now. I tried to find out from a female called Mahdgril what viruses had been removed and what was done to my computer. They were very vague and seemed to be in a hurry; only that their system would continue to protect my computer in the background for the next year. Billing Supervisor Dennis tried to sell me more service for additional $200 and I refused, he then backed down. By this time I felt something was not right but it was too late. After hanging up with them I contacted my daughter and she gave me Microsoft's phone number to contact them. At that time was sure I was scammed as I was told by the representative at Microsoft. They gave me instructions on how to start to correct my data and personal information. It has been a nightmare for the past 3 days as I tried to repair the damage by paying for a credible company to assess & 'clean' my computer and change all my accounts to protect my information.
