Called Premium Auto Parts to order a vehicle replacement part. "Shawn" took my order, allegedly found the part, quoted me a price, said it was in stock and would be here in two days, took my credit card number, gave me a different call back number if I had any questions (646-979-9095) said it was late in the day and he would process the order and send a receipt in the morning. No receipt was received. Two call backs to the company (spoke to "Bruce" and "Eddy") did not resolve the issue (they said they had no record of the order).

He said his name was Alan Smith and that he would send me the part I need it and that I will receive tracking number. He then sent me a message to put in my information to get the part through messaging on my iPhone and so I did I put it in through PayPal. A week has gone by and I never received anything. It was ordered on November 14. I waited a week nothing came. I called them up nothing they hung up on me then finally I called a PAYPAL and they told me that they were take care of it, and refunding my money. I spoke to someone there by the name of Alan Smith who took the initial order and the second person that I return call to after it didn’t arrive was Bruce and then when I started questioning him they both hung up on me when I called several times.
