A month later, I receive an e-mail from [email protected] claiming my Hercules tire refund is available and I must log into their system. Upon doing so, they start asking for more and more information that was excessive for what this is supposed to be, and a red flag went up in my mind. They wanted phone numbers, passport scan, drivers license scan, now they want paycheck, etc. All claiming this is because of anti-fraud regulations... Needless to say, if anyone submits all this to these clowns, they will have all they need for ID theft. They also want you to create a username/login, etc. I uploaded wrong personal info and BS documents from the internet to see where this went and it for sure appears to be a scam. Hercules Tires need to be reprimanded if they are in fact using this company to arrange their "refunds" or made aware that they have a scam company infiltrating their client list. This needs to be looked into, as there is a major security threat with the data being requested that people might provide to get their "refund". See attached emails.
