I called to cancel my membership and get a refund but the person hung up on me. The person never gave me his name and now I am having my bank go after them for my refund. The phone number they give on their website is 1-855-813-8703 and the website is www.preparepatriot.com.

They ask you to pay $5 a piece for some stickers to sign up to be an ambassador for their company. Nothing exists, some low quality stickers but if you call customer service You talk to an Indian guy that has a laugh track playing in the background. Ask him what they have, he just says stickers over and over and over. He can't tell you anything that they will send you other than stickers. He tells you they have so many benefits and "tactical gears". But he can't tell you what those tactical gears are. He doesn't even know how to say tactical gear. I was on the phone with him for 11 minutes before he told me he can't help and hung up. He says there's so many benefits and so many stickers over and over. All he knows how to say is stickers. There is nothing they provide other than a service to take your money. How this is still going on and hasn't been shut down says a lot about the government. They will allow this to function but shut down so many legitimate businesses.

I bought a sticker and now they are hitting my account for $20 a month. Supposedly it’s a membership fee and there are “no refunds or cancellations”. Disputing with my bank!

Claims they will sign you up as an affiliate when you purchase stickers or a flashlight. Then they send an email saying the affiliate program ended. Then they charge you $20 a month for being an affiliate.

Ordered some stickers which I never received but found out this order thing was just a front to get my info. They signed me up for a subscription which I knew nothing about or would ever want. Do not do business at all with this group! Total amount they tried to collect was approximately $19.98 twice. Fortunately, I filed a dispute with my bank.

I got an email from prepared Patriot saying I could receive a free survival backpack if I just paid the shipping and handling of $17.90. They also said all proceeds will be helping veterans and products were made in america. It seemed like a legit company that sold survival gear. Anyway I paid the 17.90 and a few weeks later they took another $47.00 out of my account. When I called the customer service line the first 2 times some one would answer the phone but would not say anything.. I could hear a TV playing in the background and people talking but nobody would answer me. Finaly the 3rd time I called a women answered and told me that when I agreed to pay shipping for the free backpack i should have read the agreement. She said I signed up for some trial and that I could not cancel. She said it was to late to cancel and hung up on me. I know I'm not the first person to be scam by this company!! So far I have paid over $60 and have not even received a backpack. I'm going to have to change my banking information tomorrow so they can no longer take money out of my account!! Watch out for Prepped Patriot USA!!! Big Scam!

typical scam to purchase a flashlight and only have to pay $4.95 for S&H. Later found out that in the fine print, I was signing up for a subscription and later, noticed the $49.99 "subscription" charge.
