They claimed to have a 24hour turnaround and conveniently and unresponsively spent over 72 hours to ship a batch of my items while neglecting to inform me that they refused and returned a package, without my consent, until I, myself, had addressed it, and they shipped out the inventory that they did keep for over 48 hours, only after I had e-mailed them a LETTER OF DEMAND that they were no longer authorized to hold any of my items and had 48 hours to return anything and everything, before further legal action was to be pursued. It was only then, was when they finally shipped the inventory they had actually kept and began harassing me with ongoing phone calls, leaving unprofessional messages. They overcharged the shipping fees and threatened to hold any other arrivals of inventory for ransom until the overcharge was paid.
After sending them another e-mail letter of demand restating that they were no longer authorized to hold any of my items and that their failure to comply would result in charges at their own expense, they claimed they no longer wanted to do business with me in any shape or form and I am positive they don't because I am probably the first client to hold them accountable for their negligence and irresponsibility.
Over four hundred dollars of inventory was sent to this scam of a prepping service and their lack of integrity and competence have cost me time, investment, and profit.
They had welcomed me to give their business an opportunity until the opportunity was given. Further research on the company was conducted after their false pretenses became apparent and questionable.
