I ordered a treadmill on the website, they ask you to create an account with username and password. Once you purchase an item, they take the money and when you log back on the site to try to check status. You are no longer able to use the username and password. So you are never able to log on to the site with the same username and password once you make a purchase and if you dont do a screenshot of the purchase you have no proof of your order. Only a receipt number is all that is sent to you.
