Air duct cleaning scam. They showed up, after 1 hour they demanded an additional $400 for the work that was supposed to be $100. After that instead of vacuuming out the ducts they blew it all into the basement, left the dust and debris down there, refused to clean it up. After they had left the furnace wasn't working. No help from them, I called my furnace company and they showed up for an $80 fee and told me the fan was deliberately unplugged. Number attempts to contact this duct company, not able to.

The website has mentions that they are ScamPulse.com accredited among others (Homestars, etc.), and are not listed on your site or any of the sites they claim to be affiliated with.

kijiji and online facebook buy/sell groups are favourite places for scammers online. They may use a legitimate or well known company name, but insist that you communicate with them through a facebook profile or email address that does not seemed linked to the company. If they are offering a deal that seems too good to be true, and asking for a credit card deposit to secure your appointment, it’s a good idea to avoid.
