Company was hired to ship a small car from BC to the Maritimes, and shipping duration was quoted as no more than 4 weeks. It has now been almost 3 months, and no car has been delivered and the owner/operator **** *** ******* **** keeps giving different stories as to where the car is. We don't even know if it is in his possession any longer. He will talk over you when trying to ascertain where the vehicle is and when it will be delivered, and he will threaten you and hang up if you demand the information. He holds your property hostage and takes your money.
