Initially saw this company on Facebook. Checked to see if there was a website for it, and there was. At the top of the Home Page it says "Preston & Parker, New York."

When we received our order, the "ship from" address label was a warehouse in Illinois. The sizes are too small and the material and workmanship are shoddy.

I contacted the company initially by email to [email protected] per the return instructions. Getting no reply I used a "Contact Us" link on the website and received a reply.

The return offer was to refund 10%, get a $20 voucher and keep the items OR I would have to return the items to CHINA.

Nothing in their online info indicated that returns could only be made to China in order to receive a refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

They reported a liquidation sale after years in business but their site was created in Nov 2024 and they have emailed me at my personal email address using a chat bot.
