This bussiness is a scam claiming to be located in Washington offering tax free grant money. In exchange they request some sort of payment for registration which initially is intended to be a refundable deposit. The payment is made through gift cards or wired to the recipient. After sending the money I was they requested to send more money in order to receive my grant. The representatives were difficult to understand and short. They offered no assistance, and the phonetic representative hung up shortly after I requested a refund and after i hinted at contacting local authorities stating "I don't care. Call the police" This is a SCAM. They just want your money and they will transfer you from department to department giving you the run around and squeeze money out of your pockets
