Googled TSA pre-check to register for TSA interview and pre-check through TSA. It was at the top of my google search page https://pretsa.pre-traveler-application.com/apply I registered with them and was charged $149.95 for them to book an appointment. The actually TSA.Gov website only charges $78 for this service to include finger prints. I contact them and they offered to give me a 25% discount or $37. I replied with please cancel any appointment and issue a full refund. I have not heard anything back...
