June 2020 I brought a sofa cover from this company and 16 months later I am still waiting for the delivery I messaged asked for my money back. I would have to check but about $100 Australian. They said that they couldn't give money back I am still trying to get something from them and just recently they said it's on it's way I was really upset as I had just left a domestic violence situation and just wanted to have some nice things I know I will never get anything from these scam artists but I really would like them to cop it

I ordered in Feb 2020, never got my order. Many emails back and forth and no refund, then they stopped responding. Just got a txt today from them telling me that i could get a discount on my next order. I said i never got my first order and they sent me another txt saying that i was "unsubscribed" so they are still at it.

Adding my voice to many others here. I placed an order in July 2020 for more than $150 USD. I received a tracking number in November 2020 but my package never shipped. I sent several emails to PLSC customer service team and received two canned replies asking that I be patient, my order would arrive, and that there was nothing they could do about the shipping delays as they outsource to China and the pandemic was affecting shipping. I sent several more emails after that requesting a refund and received no response, so I'm posting my review here.

If you have placed an order using a credit card, I suggest cancelling it through them within the time limit to receive a refund.

I will say, this company is not entirely a scam. A relative of mine placed an order around the same time as mine, and hers did actually arrive.

"Good day!

Thank you for your response. I have submitted a request for a replacement to our processing team. This will only take 2-3 days to process. Once shipped, your order will take another 14-28 days to arrive at your shipping address. You will receive a new tracking number once it becomes available.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you, and have a great day."

Nothing... Nothing... arrived. Two parcels or my money back. Never again.

I ordered 2 sofa covers from Pretty Little Sofa Covers.com, an online website claiming to have good quality sofa covers with free shipping over $75. The items never arrived. After contacting the company via their online email support address several times and getting back false and misleading information, and empty promises of a guaranteed shipment (that my covers had shipped, would arrive shortly, delays due to Covid 19) I never received anything and the company no longer replied to my emails. My money was converted from CA to US and my credit card charged but no product was ever sent. They are on online scam company who fed me lies for the length of time it took for my credit card compliant process to expire (90 days) and then they disappeared.

I ordered two covers on 07/25/2020. It is 04/08/2021 and I have yet to receive anything. In September 2020, I was provided a status that my order had shipped, but their bogus tracking site shows nothing more than a label generation and nothing more even as of today. Their canned responses are a joke, blaming disinfecting processes for the delay. They refuse to provide a refund and unfortunately, when I requested my bank intervene in November, it was past the timeframe in which my bank could help me. I am out nearly $200.00 with nothing to show. This place needs to be shut down. They are stealing people's money. This is illegal. I do not understand why social media sites allow them to continue advertising as they are not a legitimate company. I wish something could be done so that others do not experience what we have attested to here on this page. Thank you.

when searching for reviews on this company after waiting months for an order that never arrived, I found many people have reviewed this company, stating their experience was identical to mine: ordering product that never arrived, when contacting the company, being yanked around and promised the order will arrive or has already arrived, etc. It is clearly a scam. But when reported on Better Business Bureau, there was only one other report! How can this be? Will this company continue to get away with this? They advertise extensively on Facebook and elsewhere, they have a very nice website. They must be raking in a lot of money! How can they be stopped?

I'm uploading their last email to me in December 2020. I ordered in fall of 2020. I am writing this report in March 2021.

I've experienced the same as everyone else. what can be done? I don't want this to continue. My financial loss was $160. They have a great website. I spent hours trying to decide what covers to order and measured and remeasured my furniture. I will pursue ways to shut them down as I'm sure many people are being scammed.

Looks like this is a scam. My husband warned me not to order from this company as it was not well known but I ordered as I needed a cover for my couch without removing it from my B& B . The product looked good on the advert... I put my order in on The 3rd December and cannot track the number says still in China. It sounds like we are not getting refunds either. I think Facebook should refund everyone for allowing this advert to appear on it's platform as this company appears to have taken a lot of money from a lot of people. This should not be allowed.

Bought my sofa covers back in October 16, 2020, I received my order confirmation on October 20th, 2020, after that every time I request an update all I get is an apology for the time my order is taking to arrived. According to a tracking number they provided me, the package is been in transit since November 2nd, 2020, and per the tracking app called Parcels, which is a legit AP, because I've used it to track other packages it has been 57 in transit. I am just so happy that I used a prepaid Visa card to pay this orders, otherwise I would have to make a lot of changes to my banking information. I can't understand why Facebook would take advertising from companies that is clear they're just ripping off customer. My total lost was for $ 121.93 US, the funny part is that every time I check the status, it shows increasing number of days in transit, if I ever get my covers (which I doubt) I'll be happy, at the end it could only be a loss of $ 121.93, if I had used my bank card or credit card, it could had been worst. Lesson here, don't buy from any seller advertised on Facebook.

I placed an order with this company on 07/25/20. On 09/03/20, I received notification that my order had been shipped; the company provided a tracking number which lead me to a sketchy website all in Chinese. I have reached out to the company via email (they do not have a phone number) numerous times and receive the same canned copy and paste answers. I was told the package is in transit, despite the tracking information only showing a label was generated, but no movement has occurred. I have asked for a refund, which the company refuses to provide. 4 months later, I do not have my order and my money is unable to be disputed at the bank given the length of time. Do not order from this company. It is a scam. You will not receive your order. They will happily take your money, but you will be left empty handed.

I've been waiting for my sofa cover for 5 months. Told me the first one they sent got lost so sent another one over 3 months ago. I've complained numerous times and asked for a refund. Just keep lying and saying I need to be patient or that it's at the post office and I should receive it shortly. Don't order anything through this company. Just a scam.

I had exactly the same experience as everyone above. As well as that, I've noticed that there's heaps of similar products showing up all over the place, with very similar names. I reckon they're just changing their name slightly and scamming as many people as possible. I've written again to Pretty Little Sofa Covers today but I don't expect to ever see my $100 or the product I purchased. It will make me very reluctant to buy anything I see advertised (especially on Facebook) ever again.
