I’ve reached out multiple times regarding a refund the scammer ignored all emails as well as dms off of social media. I bought something off an website for 55 dollars. The scammer then said it take about 7-10 business days to process, however those days went by! I never received any update during the days of me waiting. I reached back out to the scammer however she looked at my message and later went on her story about an “backed up issue” mind you before I buy she just had gotten back in stock so I’m confused. I slides up on the story the scammer then ignores me. I’m like okay cool I will be leinet about the situation I waited about 5 days to reach out again! So as I’m reaching out I’m realizing 15 business days have went by and I still hadn’t received any refund nor packages but the scammer said shipping would be 7-10 days so I’m texting the scammer like hey I don’t want the item again I’d like an refund instead. The scammer then reads my message and leaves me on seen. However she ends up messaging me back saying she would cancel my order and process my refund. Ok I’m like cool thank you good luck in the future! The scammer then goes on to say 7-12 business days until I can receive my refund so I’m like ok thanks again! However it’s now a whole new month 7-12 business days are gone! I text again stating I’ve never received my refund. The scammer then read my message and says nothing. I decided I’m going to text again ! And this time I involved law enforcement., the scammer then goes on to say once the refund had been processed they can’t do anything about it contact my bank. Okay I contacted my bank who is saying I wasn’t issued an refund because they hadn’t see any.
