I always do whatever research is possible at the time of purchase. I only found a small amount of supporting evidence. Which is why I was cautious not to jump on their multiple item discount. I only purchased 1.
Once I received the product, and tested it, I knew that this is indeed a scam, and the fraud is more elaborate than just the name.
There are at least 3 websites involved in the scam:
1) https://premiotech.com/catalogue/premio-boom-bluetooth-speaker_5/
Selling the item at full price for $99.99.
2) https://premioboom.com/en/us/v1/
Offering a 50% off deal. Up to 70% + off if you buy 5.
3) https://www.trustedexpertreviews.com/premio-boom-review/
Which gives a supporting glowing review.
All 3 sites show photos of 2 different versions of the speaker- 1 version that is exactly the speaker they sent me. And 1 version that's obviously different from the speaker I received. Regardless if the other version is higher quality. Regardless if the other site ships the 2nd version shown at full price. And Regardless if that version is a higher quality- The fact that all 3 sites show the exact same photos, and all sites show both versions- proves that All 3 sites are fully culpable of being involved in this scam. The scam IS multiple sources that create the appearance of support for each others fraudulent claims about this product.
I honestly would not pay the cost of shipping if they were offering these speakers for free. That is how horrible they sound. Paste and search each of the 3 websites. See for yourself.
