"When I called they put me on hold for almost an hour. We were disconnected three times before they finally sent me refund instructions. This is what it said:
"If you wish to start a cancellation request, please send a signed copy of your vacation certificate along with a signed copy of the Proof of Ownership form, both documents with the word “cancel” written in the bottom part, taking care of not altering the documents (writing over text, crossing over, etc.) and a written cancellation request.
What caught my eye is that they want you to sign the original documents which are a credit authorization statement and they do not want you to write over anything so they can remove the word cancel and say you authorized the transaction. I am still fighting them to see if they are going to refund my money or fight. I will update this review as things progress.
