I am a case manager working for a non-profit, reporting on behalf of my disabled client. Client reported that she received aggressive sales phone calls from "Priceless Times" (a discount vacation package company, allegedly) in 2016 stating that their company would sell her a cruise package that she could afford on her tight (SSDI) budget. Client eventually provided her payment information after being "hustled" by Priceless Times/convinced that they could sell her a vacation she could afford. Client was assured over the phone that she could obtain a refund/cancel without penalty if she changes her mind. However, once my client realized the deal appeared to be a scam, when she attempted to cancel and obtain a refund over the phone, staff told her that no cancellations/refunds are given. Luckily, my client was recently able to successfully dispute two charges ($365 and $357, totaling $722) with her bank. However, she feels the company is a scam, and per my own internet research, others have had similar experiences with "Priceless Times" and have also reported that it is a scam. As such, I am reporting "Priceless Times" as a scam.

received phone call from "Marriott". offered discount vacation in exchange for presentation. When I agreed they then apparently transferred me to Canada and then Mexico and then after they had my credit card processed sent me forms to sign certifying that I was the owner of the credit card and the certificate and on the certificate it says "We are not affiliated or sponsored by any other company or airline mentioned prior to purchase" I called them back said cancel it, they said you must send those forms in before we can cancle. Just write cancel on the bottom after you sign it. I refused.

I received a phone call on my cell phone and the person identified themselves as being affiliated with Marriott. I have gotten a phone call from Marriott in the past regarding a discounted vacation package in exchange for sitting through a timeshare presentation, which I did and it was all as presented, so I was not that surprised to receive the call and the Marriott connection was why I continued talking. But after I gave my credit card info and they sent the "certificate" it says on it" We are not affiliated or sponsored by any other company or airline mentioned prior to purchase" I called to cancel they said sign authorization and date and then write cancel UNDERNEATH in the blank spot of the page and on both pages and fax it back, as other poster mentioned. I will take it up with credit card but wanted to get this up for others.

I have been receiving calls from this company, "Priceless Times" from various (407) 409-XXXX numbers for over six months. Every time I answer, a recorded voice claims they are with Expedia, but then once they confirm my age (I believe it's over 18, it's hard to understand sometimes), they transfer me to an representative who asks my name, and how often I travel. He says he is with “Priceless Times.net”. I ask why the recorded voice said Expedia, and he says they “work with them” but they are “not affiliated”. The reason I got this far into the call is to see if I can gather information to provide to helpfully help catch these scammers. The man I was speaking with had a very thick Middle-Eastern accent and said his name was Richard. I asked him where they were located and he said “Cancun, Mexico”. I asked why they were calling from a 407 area code. He laughed and said that they have an office “in my area”. He proceeded to speak quickly about a lot of great deals with cruise lines and vacation packages, and then promptly asked me for my credit card number, which I did not provide. I asked if I could place him on hold and after a few minutes he disconnected. I attempted to call the 1-800 number on their website, because I know they are “robodialing” from peoples’ personal cell phones so it would be pointless to call the number they call me from (407-409-5448). I wanted to ask how much the deposit was that they wanted from me, but no one answer for over 10 minutes. My other interactions with this company have included multiples calls at all hours of the day and night, (I have phone records to prove it), and multiple hang-ups when I answer. It is severely disrupting to my personal life and work life, and I am worried they are already scamming people that are elderly, naive, or mentally challenged.

I went to www.PricelessTimes.net to book my travel reservation after giving them my credit card information and there isnt anyone on the other end of the phone booking my vacation reservasion. 1-800-980-9074 is their number on the site. i was hung up on 20+ times yesterday and put on hold for 6 hours total time lost.

You get a phone call, they tell you about this great deal, starting with one vacation and ending with three for one price. Starting at $999 for three vacations, one for 6 days and 5 nights (Mexico or UK), another a cruise for 8 days and 7 nights, and the last one 5 days and 4 nights (I think that is what they said) in Orlando or Las Vegas all for the price of $799 but if you are the last one of the day and you pay it all now you get it for $599 plus tax. They tell you it is a one time thing and they are cold calling to get a 100 people for this vacation deal. You are asked to use you facebook and other things to help them get the word out, that is why they are giving you such a great deal.

They call and tell you that your Marriott points have awarded you the opportunity to get an all inclusive vacation and a cruise for a nominal up front fee. They say they are just selling off the percentage of unused rooms for Marriott. It is like a vacation plan with a time share type deal where you have to go see a 90 minute presentation when you go on the vacation. It sounds totally legitimate and they are very good at it and very convincing. They go out of their way to prove to you that they are legitimate. Then after you agree to the deal, they start to ask you for too much personal information. It starts to feel creepy. They have an excuse ready for all the pieces of information that they want from you. If you do not provide the information voluntarily, they have a person call to follow up to try to coax you with a drawing if you get the information right away.

I do not know if this is a scam or not, but it seems very suspicious and I have contacted my financial adviser, credit Card Co, and AAA and have been advised that they either can't tell that it is legitimate or that they would consider it a scam. I received a call from: 800-901-2497 offering me a travel package of my choice to a mexican resort or the Bahamas, plus a bonus of a cruise to a destination of my choice:
