I'm writing again to ask for a refund for the service not provided by Priceline's associated company Route Car Rental. I have repeated countless times that the reservation was NOT canceled.

The Route Car Rent tried to carry out a scam that I disagreed with. I made the reservation through your website, however, when I went to the company counter, my American driver's license was not accepted, and they tried to charge me an additional insurance fee equivalent to four times the daily price of the car rental. In other words, I’m saying that I went there, I did not cancel the car.

This practice is called “a scam; a prank, therefore an illegal act”.

We verbally declined the rental car companies insurance and they slapped it onto our contract anyways. When I called to dispute the charge with them, they said it was too late because we had already returned the rental car. I looked up the company and other customers have reported the same issue. It’s a scam Rental companies use.

Priceline.com sold me a 4 star express deal which is a random hotel of 4 star status in a given area and allocated me a 2.5 star hotel. This is mis-selling a product fraudulently. I have a screenshot on priceline's own website showing it as a 2.5 star hotel.

I went online and reserve a package trip to Hawaii for a family of 4 its a family trip that my whole family is going from June 7th to 13th. Picked the best option and my total came at $5,100. I went thru all the process online and paid the trip, while the payment was going thru, Priceline send a pop up that my flight was full and no longer available (After I made the whole payment) so brought me back to pick another flight but at the same time, Priceline increased my package to $7500 and no giving confirmation#. so I got out and log back in. but 1st I checked my bank account and they have taken the money, so I couldn't reserve the trip. I called numerous times to get my money back or they can honor the trip since they have taken the money. no one could help and told me that the money was on hold and cannot do anything about it.. I stayed dealing that day for almost 5-6 hours trying to resolve the issues and didn't go any where. Then I waited almost a week for them to released the funds. Now I am trying to reserve and them help me to honor the same price. no one help and keep on transfer to other people so they don't handle the situation.. I have explain the situation over and over and is like talking to a 1 year old who don't understand. dealing for 5 hours again and them calling me with people who cannot help with any issue but want me to make a reservation and giving me a higher price. to me the problem happen from the beginning when I tried to book the trip and out of no where they increased the trip and not honor of what I had originally. it went from 1 sec to the other and increased over $2,400. after them taking the money already off my bank account.. I now trying to leave a post on Facebook for them and they keep on blocking.

please help me to get this message to them, because it seems like there is no help with no one. I appreciate your help. thank you!

They charged my card for a car but when I got to the rental company they said they did not accept the card type.
