I purchased an HP Laptop through them on their website. They have an online chat system on their website and I did the transaction through that.

After I purchased the item, I immediately noticed that the laptop was NOT brand new but was REFURBISHED.

So, I immediately cancelled the transaction. The "agent" agreed to refund my money (instead of cancelling the transaction like I had asked) and said that the refund would take 3-4 business days. After 10 days, I noticed that the transaction on my paypal account was still there and not refunded or credited.

I had to open a dispute through paypal and am now in the process of waiting for a refund through paypal - as "[censored]lycomb" will not respond to me.

I ordered a TV from this place, realized it was a scam, immediately cancelled my order, no refund, no product. The address listed is for The [censored]ly Comb - Lice Solutions & Treatment, which is probably a real business. Not this Scam website.

The scammer's website showed household commercial items with cheaper price comparing to others. When I realized the website was fake, I immediately tried to contact it and cancel my order within 2 hours of my initial order. It turns out that the email from the website is also fake. The contact phone number is fake too.

I purchased a computer monitor on 11/10 and got an email notification with tracking that it had shipped on 11/11. It was supposed to be next day air. A few days later I checked and it said it had been delivered on 11/13 in person. I had not received it. When I submitted a claim to UPS they said the package had been shipped from Amazon (not [censored]ly Comb) and that the name and delivery address was not mine so they couldn't do anything else because it had been received by the person it was shipped to. I filed a claim with my credit card for a refund. Fingers crossed.

I purchased a computer monitor from the website. I received a confirmation and shipping number. The package was delivered to a different address but I noticed that the total shipping weight was less than the actual weight of just the item ordered. They have been totally unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. I believe this is their scam as now they can blame it on FEDEX and not them. The whole website is suspect as they claim 1900+ reviews on TrustPilot yet when I go to that site, there were none. The address they give is also actually for [censored]ly Comb Lice Removal! I should have know better and actually thought that I didn't place the order as my credit card messaged me saying it didn't go through which I was happy for, but apparently it did. I am not able to get info from FEDEX as my address is not the same as the one on the order that the tracking number is attached to.
